Online Bulletin Board

  1. All entries displayed on Online Bulletin Board are the same as entries on the Bulletin Board in the North Clubhouse

  2. Please bring your KP ID badge when requesting a listing.

  3. Three  types of postings available for the Bulletin Boards are FOR SALE, FOR RENT, WANTED,. Only one card  per member per category will be allowed at this time.

  4. No Realtor may advertise properties for sale or for rent unless it it’s the Realtor’s own property.

  5.  Properties listed with a Real Estate Agency CANNOT post on the Bulletin Boards.

  6. Use of this card system may only apply to Kings Point  Property and will be posted for 30 days and may be renewed for 3 times only.

  7.   Unit owners who live out of state must indicate a phone numer to receive calls.

  8.  ITEMS FOR SALE:  

    1.  Firearms of any sort including handguns are not permitted.

    2. . TICKET sale cards must have  the date, name of show, seat number(s) and cannot be more than the original price.

  9.  No items/articles being sold  through an outside company/source will be placed on the Bulletin Boards
